Relationship Coaching – Singles and Couples
All of life is about creating relationships. It is our greatest source of both joy and pain. ~ KS
Most of us learned relationships from our parents, friends, TV, or school. We watched and learned how we were suppose to act, speak, and behave.
We took these learned behaviors and went out into the world of dating, partnerships and marriage with little training and spotty advice.
We look for someone to complete us, give us meaning and self-worth. Someone to love and love us.
But what happens at least 50 % of the time relationships experience a breakdown in communication resulting in anger, jealousy, loss of interest and respect.
It can go from heavenly bliss to hell on wheels.
Maybe you or your partner stopped hiding and the real you showed up. Maybe it’s the critical one, the jealous one, the needy one, the slob, or a narcissist.
Now what?
Once you feel these feelings and heed the red flags you must get help. If you want the relationship to work you need to see what is pulling it apart.
